📱 SMS Terms

By submitting a form on YourCallAnswer and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from YourCallAnswer about your request, including follow-up, appointment scheduling, customer support, and service updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Services

YourCallAnswer provides automated call answering and lead capture services for local service businesses. Services include 24/7 call answering, lead capture, SMS and email notifications, and call transcripts delivered to the business owner.

2. Payments & Billing

Monthly fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis. The first payment includes both the one-time setup fee and the first month of service. All prices are in USD.

3. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if setup has not yet begun. Once configuration has started, all fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us within the 7-day window at (951) 428-6135 or support@yourcallanswer.com.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by text to (951) 428-6135 or email to support@yourcallanswer.com. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts.

5. No Guarantees

YourCallAnswer does not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, or revenue. Results vary based on your business and call volume.

6. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the most recent monthly payment made by the client. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
